These terms govern your use of the Taqsit platform. By using the platform or creating an account, you accept them.

1. 1The service

   Taqsit is a cloud platform for managing cash and installment sales, stock and collections for retail businesses. The service is provided as is and continuously improved.

2. 2Account and company code

   When you sign up you receive a company code and an owner username. You are responsible for keeping passwords confidential and for the accounts and permissions you create for your staff.

3. 3Trial and subscription

   Every company starts with a 10-day free trial. After that, the subscription is paid monthly or yearly depending on the chosen plan, with no long commitment. Nothing is charged automatically.

4. 4Acceptable use

   You agree to use the platform for lawful business activity and not to try to access other companies' data or disrupt the service.

5. 5Your data

   The data you enter belongs to your company. You can export it at any time; we only use it to provide the service to you.

6. 6Availability and support

   We do our best to keep the platform available at all times, with daily backups. Short maintenance interruptions may happen; we let you know in advance whenever possible.

7. 7Liability

   You remain responsible for the accuracy of the operations you record and for your relationship with your customers. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service.
