We respect your privacy and your customers'. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it, in line with Algerian Law No. 18-07 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data.

1. 1What we collect

   Your company's details (name, wilaya, phone) and your users' details (name, username), plus technical login records (IP address, device type) for security purposes.

2. 2Your customers' data

   Data you enter about your customers remains your responsibility as the data controller; we process it only to provide the service and only access it when you ask for support.

3. 3How we use it

   To run the platform, secure accounts, provide support and keep you informed about your subscription. We never sell data or use it for advertising.

4. 4Storage and security

   Data is encrypted in transit, each company is isolated from the others, passwords are stored hashed and backups run daily.

5. 5Sharing

   We don't share your data with third parties, except the hosting providers needed to run the service or when required by law.

6. 6Retention and deletion

   We keep data while your account is active. When your subscription ends you can request an export and then deletion.

7. 7Cookies

   Only essential cookies: session, language, theme and company code for easier login. No advertising or tracking cookies.

8. 8Your rights

   You can access, correct and request deletion of your data. Contact us using the details shown on the site.
